When you arrive, you’ll find the space already prepared with music and soft lighting. Please:

  • Find an available space to lay out your mat and make yourself comfortable
  • Position yourself with feet toward the front of the room
  • Adjust your bolster and blanket to support deep relaxation
  • Silence (or even better airplane mode) phones and settle into the peaceful atmosphere
