A Mums and Bubs Reiki class is designed to provide a peaceful and supportive environment for parents, including expectant mothers, partners, and babies from six weeks old. This two-day class runs from 10 am to 2 pm, allowing for a relaxed, flexible pace that accommodates the needs of both parents and their babies. We keep class sizes small to ensure personalized attention and create an atmosphere where natural baby interruptions are welcomed. This allows students to fully absorb the information at their own pace, with breaks for feeding, soothing, and bonding.
The class is tailored to be inclusive of all families—whether you are breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or pumping. Parents will learn key Reiki techniques and tools to support both their own well-being and their baby’s health. For pregnant women, Reiki can help ease physical discomforts, reduce anxiety, and strengthen the connection with their growing baby. Partners are encouraged to join, learning how Reiki can support both the mother during pregnancy and birth, as well as their connection with the baby after birth.
